Ogun committed to development of sports- Amosun

Ogun State Governor, Senator Ibikunle Amosun, at the 6th Governor’s Cup Golf tournament held at the Abeokuta Golf Club, Oke-Mosan, Abeokuta, yesterday, restated his administration’s commitment to the development of sports.

Amosun said his government has great plans for sports and it is ready to support its growth, adding that “Ogun State would soon become a destination of choice, especially in Golf, that people will come to explore.”

While commending the executive and management of Abeokuta Golf Club for operations and proper management of the club, the governor said he would fully join the club immediately his tenure in office ends.

He revealed that his administration has commenced four projects in different locations that would also assist in the development of the game in the state.
